When should I start the process?

Most clients begin their move-to-France journey while still abroad. If you are planning on renting, I recommend reaching out 3 months before the move and at least 6 months before if you plan to purchase. We can do everything remotely — neighborhood consultations, virtual home tours, and dossier preparation — so you arrive ready to sign and settle in.

Do you only help people moving to Lille, France?

I’m based in Lille, but my relocation services are designed for anyone moving to France. Whether you’re planning your move or already here and struggling with the housing search, I can help you find the right place and make the process smooth.

How much does it cost?

Your first 20-minute consultation is completely free — it’s a chance for us to discuss your project, understand your goals, and share a few helpful tips. If you’d like more hands-on guidance, the Smooth Move Hour (a 60-minute coaching session where you can ask all your questions about the move) is 99 € + VAT.

For ongoing support, property search services are tailored to your needs — they typically start around 500 € for basic search with the option to add services like help setting up utilities, attending the état des lieux, reviewing your bail (rental contract), or getting furniture.

Absolutely! Beyond housing, I help expats settle into French life — from setting up utilities and bank accounts to sharing local tips and connecting you with trusted partners.
